Chinese New Year or Lunar New Year begins February 10, and is the festival that celebrates the beginning of a new year on the traditional lunisolar Chinese calendar. In Chinese, the festival is commonly referred to as the Spring Festival. It lasts 15 days and ends with the Lantern Festival. It is celebrated by many nations, such as South Korea, China, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines and has become prominent in other countries beyond Asia as well. Each lunar year has one of 12 zodiac signs animal, 2024 is the Year of the Dragon!

2024 Elections - Early voting for presidential preference primary

Any registered voter wishing to cast a ballot before Election Day may vote at any of the approved Early Voting locations listed below. Voters should take picture identification with them to vote.

Early Voting lasts for a ten-day period for any countywide Primary Election and for thirteen days for any countywide General Election. Hours of operation at all sites are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day.
