Children ages 12 & under are invited to wear their favorite costumes to the Library for a parade throughout the Butterfly Garden and the Library.  They will be joined by the PAWs therapy dogs who will also be in costume!  Afterward, children are invited to read stories to PAWs therapy dogs and enjoy free treats as well as a free book.
